This week sees a return to recipes we’ve already made in the past and not as many new recipes. Actually, all of these we’ve made before, though a couple haven’t been made since we started sharing our recipes. We’ll get back to new recipes soon, it’s just a bit hectic right now.

This one is a really tasty and easy recipe. Monday is gonna be pretty busy for us, so easy is definitely needed.

Cheese and Jalapeño Tamales
Last week our tamale lady came which was surprising since she hadn’t been here in quite a long time. Jalapeño and cheese tamales are so tasty, we gotta make our own this week!

Pierogi Cauliflower Casserole
So the cauliflower doesn’t taste anything like mashed potatoes, but it’s delicious either way, and oh so much healthier. I figure if there’s any cauliflower left over from Tuesday, it can be thrown in with the head for this week!
