This week we finished GenCon and arrived home late Sunday. So late, dinner was not made at home. Nut we picked back up on Monday and are enjoying good home made food again. Of course, due to the nature of the weekend this week I did not plan an entirely complex or new menu, but rather am making a number of dishes that have been done before. Here goes.

Monday
French Bread Pizza
Couldn’t find mushrooms at the WalMart I went to so just gonna have to stick with the rest of it. Have some kids to entertain so hopefully they’ll enjoy it!

Tuesday
Cauliflower Pierogi Casserole
This is our pierogi casserole using cauliflower instead of potatoes. Just a test! (This did not get made, so it will be on next week’s menu!)

Wednesday
Moroccan Flatbread
Such an easy recipe, perfect for hump-day!

Thursday
Mexican Potato Casserole
Tasty concoction of potatoes, tortillas, rice, and beans

Friday
Scalloped Potatoes with broccoli
Going to do our scalloped potato recipe which was delightful and add broccoli to give it something healthy at least! Served with yeast rolls.

Saturday
Stir Fry Noodles
Nathanuil made this dish up and it’s really great. It has lots of vegetables in it and the noodles are really tasty.
