This week’s menu is very straight forward. Anything odd is something we have made before so feel free to peruse the archives for things like the Moroccan flatbread (which is amazing). Just a note about our menus, we intentionally make just the main dish so that if anyone wants to add something complimentary they can. If you make these for your own family or friends I do suggest coming up with sides of some kind for the dishes that do not seem robust enough to serve as an entire meal.

Sunday
Chicken Chimichangas
Of course we use fake chicken in this as well. Oven-baked chimichangas! Yummy!

Monday
Mushroom Submarine Sandwiches
All-Natural Mozzarella & Cheddar, Sautéed Mushrooms & yellow Onion, Honey Bourbon Mustard, Teriyaki grill Sauce, Served on homemade Rosemary Parmesan rolls

Tuesday
Creamy Tomato Pasta
A new pasta sauce made with fresh tomatoes and alfredo.

Wednesday
French Bread Pizzas
“Pizzas” with a cream cheese base made on a loaf of French bread sliced in half.

Thursday
Moroccan Flatbread
Made before, and absolutely loved! Recipe already posted.

Friday
Scalloped Potatoes
Cheesy potatoes, simple enough.

Saturday
Veggie “Burger” Patties
A new patty to try!
