We just got in a new deep fryer and I’m excited to make Corn Dogs again!!!
Sunday – Curried Chickpeas (we moved this from Friday last week)
Tuesday – Potato and Kielbasa Skillet (we make our own vegetarian Kielbasa and it is awesome)
Wednesday – Chicken and Black Bean Quesadillas (We use Quorn in place of chicken, tastes better and has no grease, RSVP for this one so we can get a head count)
Thursday – Corndogs (We make the “hot dogs” ourselves, as well as the breading)
Friday – Peanut Curry and Tofu (Served on rice)
Saturday – Lentil and Rice tacos
This is one of those weeks where Dominique and I are making a lot of replacement meat dishes instead of just straight vegetarian fare, but trust us when we say these are just as delicious as anything else we make. I personally love food and won’t eat anything that isn’t pretty awesome!
