We just got in a new deep fryer and I’m excited to make Corn Dogs again!!!

SundayCurried Chickpeas (we moved this from Friday last week)

MondayTomato Soup with Baked Mac and Cheese

Tuesday Potato and Kielbasa Skillet (we make our own vegetarian Kielbasa and it is awesome)

WednesdayChicken and Black Bean Quesadillas (We use Quorn in place of chicken, tastes better and has no grease, RSVP for this one so we can get a head count)

Thursday – Corndogs (We make the “hot dogs” ourselves, as well as the breading)

Friday – Peanut Curry and Tofu (Served on rice)

SaturdayLentil and Rice tacos

This is one of those weeks where Dominique and I are making a lot of replacement meat dishes instead of just straight vegetarian fare, but trust us when we say these are just as delicious as anything else we make. I personally love food and won’t eat anything that isn’t pretty awesome!
